Martz & Associates is deeply committed to the communities we serve — not only through our work, but through personal action and service. Our team members volunteer as mentors to university students, serve on nonprofit boards and parent-teacher organizations, coach youth sports, and participate in endurance events to raise funds for causes close to our hearts.

We are especially proud to support organizations that honor and assist military families, including the C4 Foundation, established in memory of U.S. Navy SEAL Charles Keating IV.

We believe that building stronger systems starts with being active citizens. That’s why we continue to dedicate our time, talent, and resources to strengthen the health, well-being, and quality of life in the communities we call home.

Martz Scholars Program

In 2026, we are launching the Martz Scholars Program to provide scholarships for graduate students pursuing a Master of Public Administration or a Master of Public Health degree. Scholarship recipients will also receive ongoing guidance from the Martz & Associates team on how to plan and pursue employment and advanced degrees in the fields of public administration and public health after graduation.
